Preliminary information

An Applicant receiving funding from the Canada-Ukraine Foundation must demonstrate it has the necessary governance, good financial standing, and humanitarian assistance capacity to ensure that funds are used effectively. Supporting documentation such as ByLaws, Incorporation Documents, Audited Financial Statements, etc. can be requested by CUF during the review process.

If an applicant meets the minimum requirements and wants to be considered for CUF project funding, then please download and complete the two forms below. You will be required to submit the detailed budget and project details at the end of the short minimum requirements questionnaire.

Once an Applicant answers the “Minimum Requirements” questionnaire, the Applicant will be able to download two forms – Budget and Project details. Once completed, these two forms are to be uploaded, and the Application submitted. The Applicant then will receive a confirmation e-mail that the Application was submitted successfully.
